Our custom MTB jerseys combine comfort, reliability and performance with the potential for a totally unique look for you and your group, team, club or organisation.
The fabric for our performance recycled cycle jersey range is made from 100% recycled materials – including plastic bottles. Using what otherwise may end up in landfill or cluttering up the planet, making recycled polyester also uses less energy and emits fewer CO2 gases compared to standard polyester.

Our MTB Tops are designed to offer a classic T-Shirt style fit; if you’re in between sizes, we recommend going for the bigger size.

Ordering & Delivery
Minimum initial order quantity; 10 pieces which can be split across men’s, women’s and kids sizes.
Everything’s made to order especially for you, and we aim to deliver within 6 weeks from order sign off.
The price given includes free shipping to a UK address. If you’re outside the UK, let us know and we’ll confirm delivery costs.
Need more later? There’s no minimum quantity requirement for repeat orders and we’ll save your design for you so it’ll never be discontinued.

What it’s made of
- 150gsm 100% polyester
- 100% of the fibres used to make the fabric come from recovered materials – including recycled plastic bottles
- Wicking and breathable
To keep your men’s short sleeve mountain bike jersey looking, feeling and doing its best, we’d recommend the following:
- Top a bit sweaty or muddy? Either wash it straight away or air dry it before throwing it in the washing basket to stop smells settling in for the long term.
- Turn your jersey inside out prior to washing to protect the surface
- Keep it cool and kind to the planet by washing at 30o, using a liquid detergent
- Stay clear of the bleach; it will weaken the fabric and affect the colour
- Don’t use fabric conditioner; it can leave a coating on the fabric that stops the wicking ability
- This kind of fabric doesn’t like heat so line dry or use an airer wherever possible. If you absolutely have to tumble dry then use a low temperature setting
- If you feel the need to iron, then use the one-dot, low heat setting to avoid melting your jersey
