Our long sleeve recycled bike jerseys for kids are the very same great quality as the adults, with the exact same scope for creating your own, unique design. Great for road, gravel, park or trail – and easy-care too.
The fabric for our recycled cycling gear range is made from 100% recycled and reclaimed materials – including plastic bottles. Using what otherwise may end up in landfill or cluttering up the world, making recycled polyester also uses less energy and emits fewer CO2 gases compared to standard polyester.

Everything’s made to order especially for you, and we aim to deliver within 6 weeks from order sign off.
The price given includes free shipping to a UK address. If you’re outside the UK, let us know and we’ll confirm delivery costs.
Need more later? There’s no minimum quantity requirement for repeat orders and we’ll save your design for you so it’ll never be discontinued.
Technical
What it’s made of
- 150gsm 100% (recycled) polyester
- 100% of the fibres used to make the fabric come from recycled materials – including plastic bottles
- Wicking and breathable.
To keep your custom cycling jersey looking, feeling and doing its best, we’d recommend the following:
- Don’t be too quick to the washing basket! Washing or airing your jersey after wearing helps smells from making themselves at home in the fabric
- Turn your top inside out prior to washing to protect the surface
- Keep it cool at an energy saving 30o wash, using a liquid detergent
- Avoid bleach; it will weaken the fabric and affect the colour
- Don’t use fabric conditioner; it can leave a coating on the fabric that stops the wicking ability
- Polyester doesn’t like heat so line dry or use an airer wherever possible. If you absolutely have to tumble dry then use a low temperature setting
- If you feel you absolutely have to iron, then use the one-dot, low heat setting to avoid melting your jersey
