Order & production workflow explained
1. Initial design visual
Use our online kit designer or in-house designers to develop your dream football kit, running wear, or cycling gear. Share the design with team mates, your club, group or committee in order to ensure everyone’s happy. When you’re ready, request a quote or let us know you’re good to go.
2. Order form
We’ll send you an order form for you to complete and send back with regards to the sizes, delivery instructions and, for football kits, details of any names, numbers and personalisations.
3. Quote and invoice
Should you choose to accept and approve the quote, we’ll forward an invoice which is payable before any further production works commence.
4. Production ready artwork
Our designers will ensure everything’s in order; that any logos are clear, any text legible and things are generally ready to roll. They will then create something we call Production Ready Artwork which we’ll send to you for approval.
5. Artwork revision(s)
You will be given 2 opportunities, if required, to make minor revisions to your Production Ready Artwork. Further changes may affect the delivery schedule and could incur additional design costs.
6. Order sign off
With the Production Ready Artwork signed off, quote approved and invoice paid, we’ll send your order for production. The timescale given for delivery of your order starts at this stage.
7. Colour test print
We’ll email you test print images from the factory to show you how the colours, logos & patterns display on the actual fabric. We can still make changes at this stage before producing your order though this may delay your production schedule.
8. Production
Once the test print(s) are approved, full production commences, the fabric is printed then cut and sewn together as per your designs & order form. We’ll keep you in touch with how things are progressing in accordance with the agreed timescales.
9. Delivery
Once your order is produced, your salesperson will share finished images of all items & tracking information with you. Delivery typically takes 3-5 working days from our factory to a UK or EU address.
