Whichever way you choose, our team will check every file carefully to make sure your design is accurate, high quality and at its best before production.
Supplying Logos & Artwork
Every team’s kit is unique, and your logos play a big part in that. Good-quality artwork, such as your logos and badges, helps us make sure everything prints cleanly and looks as intended.
Best file types
Vector files (those ending .ai, .eps, .pdf or .svg) give the sharpest results and can be scaled to any size.
If you don’t have vector files
High-resolution .jpg or .png files are fine too, but if an image is small or looks fuzzy when you zoom in, it may not print clearly.
If your logos needs tidying, we’ll usually sort that at no extra cost. If it needs a full redraw we may charge a small artwork fee, which we’ll confirm with you first.

Design Team Process
Here’s how our designers bring your ideas to life, from first sketch to production-ready artwork.
- Step 1 – Share your logos, colours or ideas so we can start shaping your design.
- Step 2 – Our designers will develop your concept for you to review.
- Step 3 – Sign off. We will keep you updated through production so you know what stage your order is at.
General Design Support & Additional Costs
Most artwork and design setup is included as standard. This covers placing your logos, adding names and numbers, minor text edits and both checking and tidying up artwork so it’s ready for production.
- Creating new or bespoke designs from scratch - £100 +VAT per hour
- Embroidery setup - £25 + VAT per logo
- Redrawing or recreating additional logos - £10 inc VAT per logo (2 logos included free)
- Fluorescent / luminous colour options (where available)
- Unbranded / white-label garments - £2 + VAT per item
We’ll always confirm any additional fees with you first, so there are no surprises.
Colour Matching
Getting your colours right matters. Whether it is your club shade or an event brand colour, we will always try to match it as closely as possible.
If you are using the Kit Designer, choose the nearest colour from the options and add a note in your quote request if you have a specific Pantone or colour reference. Our team will use that information to match your colours as accurately as the fabric allows.
Colour can look slightly different once it is printed onto fabric. This is completely normal with custom kit. We will always match your references as closely as the printing process allows.
